- I have a very expensive set of Henckel's knives and was spending a fortune every six months to get them professionally sharpened. I was hesitant to buy an electric sharpener since I had heard that wasn't good for these knives. However, more research into the subject proved me wrong, and I chose to buy this product. I've only used it once so far, but I think it's a good buy for the money. It sharpened the knives very well and almost effortlessly. I do believe, however, it will be necessary to sharpen them more often than when I had them done professionally, which isn't a big deal now.
- The model I required was the Australian model, not the 110 volt model for the USA.
- This is one of the best Knife sharpeners I have ever owned. My knifes are so sharp that my friends are asking me to sharpen theirs. I love it.
