- I had my order cancelled almost one month after I placed it. I received a phone call about 15 days after I placed the order, saying the company had moved and if I still wanted the item. I explained that I understand these things happen, but yes I'd still like the item I ordered. Well, 15 days after that, I get an email from Amazon, saying the order is cancelled. In the email, it said the company tried to contact me a "couple of times." Well, my phone and email both work correctly. Good luck to anyone who does business with them.
